My friend and I just took the downtown tour with Lynn. She was amazing - she provided so many interesting details and was energetic and enthusiastic the full 3 hours. I have taken other city tours before, but this one was by far the best. |

Just wanted to let you know that myself and 3 friends bought tickets on July 15 at 9 am for the city tour. We had 5 different drivers. The first was excellent. He was an native new yorker (didn't catch his name). He picked us up at the Empire state building, had glasses and was funny, smart and very good. THe next stop we were picked up by a girl with long curly hair. Also probably a native. BAAADDDD! We got off to get away from her. BORING. Her voice was annoying and she was obviously not happy to be there. THe last pick up was by a very nice man from Egypt. However, we had a difficult time understanding him. The next day we had an amazing tour of Brooklyn by Tomas (i think was his name.) He lives there and was obviously very proud of his city. I appreciated his sharing of 9-11, and he made me want to come and stay in Brooklyn. THe last tour was of Harlam. Also an excellent guide. a young man attending NYU i think. I would recommend the girl get another job though.... |

I was just in new york for the first time on July 2nd til July 6th and while there my sister and I couldn't decide on which tour bus company to use, we ended up on your bus(smile) and what a great bus company it was. I met one of your employees by the name of Lawrence White and he turned out to be a true blessing.I broke my back in April of 2007 and I can't walk long distance so I use a scooter, I saw Lawrence and ask him if it was okay for me to get on the bus with my scooter and he told me of course, he then put me on the bus first and had another one of his co-workers help put my scooter on.He made me feel so special with all his kindness and patience.I took the up town tour once and the downtown tour twice, on my last downtown tour my grand-babies bag with their baseball caps had fell out my basket and I hadn't noticed it till I was back in my hotel room, I then went back to the stop I was dropped off at and ran into Lawrence again and told him what had just happened.Thank God the driver was still there and Lawrence explained to him what was going on and the bus driver said he gave the bag to the tour guide and Lawrence said he sent him home, but he was going to contact the office to see if he had left it there, and sure enough the manager told Lawrence he had, then the manager told Lawrence he would be there in about ten minutes to bring it. I got my babies hats and wanted to give Lawrence a tip and he refused to take it, I said you have been a true blessing to me since I met you yesterday and this tip is just one of God's blessings in your life, Lawrence bent over and whispered in my ear "God has blessed me with this job", we then smiled at each other, I then ask him if it was okay for me to give him a hug instead, he said yes, I'll take a hug.When you run into great people in a town you have never been in and they do something so wonderful for you that's so small you never forget those people, and Lawrence is one of those people you have working for your company, and I think you should recognize him as one of the true outstanding superb employee your company could have ever added as it's team member. When I'm ever back in New York again I look forward to using your company and will look for that big smile and comfort that Lawrence White provides.Thank you so very much for a great experience. |

My family had a wonderful time in NYC. Citysights made our experience one to remember. Our bus tour guide, Dennis Barbarito, was courteous, entertaining, hard working and, most importantly, honest. After I accidentally left my backpack in his bus, he was gracious enough to hold on to it until I pick it up at the end of his shift. It's great to know there are honest people such as Mr. Barbarito in such a busy city as NY. What could have easily ruined our vacation, turned out fine thanks to Mr. Barbarito. Our family thanks all the hard working tour guides at citysitghts for making our summer vacation a positive experience. |

This was my first trip to NY and I only had a day to visit. The downtown tour was great and I loved the hop on hop off option. I saw all the spots I wanted to see and the tour guides were very informative especially tour guide Peter. I will highly recommend and I would definitely book another tour. |

We did the 48 hour tour with Uptown, Downtown, Brooklyn, Night Tour and Ferry ride. Although we only had time for the uptown and downtown and the ferry, this was well worth the money. It was great-we loved being able to get on and off and it was a good option in the heat. |

My daughter & I took the uptown, downtown, and night tour. We were unfamiliar with your company, but we took a chance. We enjoyed all three trips. |

I'm from ny live in ny, but wanted to take the bus tour for a very long time. I went on one tour it was terrible the guy was boring and I was like I could have got a book and did the sAme thing he was doing. But the second bus I had to wait a hour for a tour guide. But once they gave us a tour guide WOW Momado was very good sorry if I spelled ur named wrong but u were amazing my son laughed and enjoyed it very much give the guy a promotion lol but when we come back I'm coming straight on ur bus thank u very much and my son thanks u too |

My boyfriend and I were in NYC for the first time ever on June 19, 2010. We purchased tickets for your downtown loop bus tour without knowing what to expect. Our tour guide Lynn was amazing! She was outgoing and full of soooo much knowledge with her we would have passed so many things throughout the city without knowing their meaning. She is truly excellent at her job and it was impressive. We feel she added to our day in such a positive way that we had a a true Nyc experience. I will be returning next month with 4 family members and we will all be taking your bus tour. Thank you for such great service! |

The one with "Jerry" as a tour guide I cannot recommend enough.

in the beginning of June, I think it was the 3rd, we did the Brooklyn loop and had a great time - due to Tomasso, the best guide you can imagine for the Brooklyn-loop. He gave us so many informations and emotions about Brooklyn...now we also love it...Thanks a lot! |

My husband and I came to New York for the first time in June & thought this would be a great way to learn about the city. The Night Tour was our first tour & it was great. The guide was very informative. The next day we did the downtown tour & our tour guide, Denise, was AMAZING. She knew all of New York's secrets. We never thought we'd actually learn about New York's history & little known facts about the city. We thought we'd walk away just know what buildings were what. Denise told us about great food places, the best pizza places, why certain buildings were build a certain way & that it dated them to the early 1900s. I highly recommend CitySights NY, my husband & I walked away more knowledgable than we ever thought & she was quite entertaining as well. |

Debi Kops was an excellent tour guide on the downtown tour. I only wish we could have had her on all of our other bus tours. She was informative well beyond my expectations--giving us background on the architectural wonders of New York City. Every step of the way, she explained each unique area mixed with a blend of humor that was not apparent on other tours we took. If I could hire her to give a personal tour around NYC, I certainly would. Tell her to keep up the excellent work. |

There are people you remember in your life. Some of them did u good, some of them did u bad, but some of them simply made you laugh, for an hour and a half :) all the way around brooklyn!
To Mahmahdou from Queens, our tour guide, ur the best!!!You rock like chris rock! hehehe... Even though ur mic is not working properly and ur tied to the wall most of the time. u entertained me and my son, if u can remember hes, also tied to me and were sitting right in front of u.
we enjoyed it so much coz it was clear u enjoyed it too. u studied ur route and ur very informative.
love it! we (the family) wouldnt think twice boarding the same bus with u in it the next time were in new york.
