| I was visiting NYC from Boston/Texas and was helped for the 3 days I was there by a man named Mr. Pleasant, and this name fits his personality. He was so much help and was such a gentleman with all our questions and was helpful for the city information as well. He was really on top of all his imformation for your company and was well dressed and very proper.
I have recommended your company and tours to everyone that I have talked to about my trip to NYC.

| We had the good fortune to have a middle aged woman named Kate, as our guide on an uptown as well as a downtown tour. She was excellent with her extensive knowledge as well as her remarkable repoitoire of anecdotes and great sense of humor.
One tour had awful problems with its mic and we could not understand what the guide was saying.
All in all, we would recommend this tour. Much kudos to Kate. |

| Just back from the Big Apple where we had the good fortune to get the same tour guide on both our downtown and uptown tours, Andrew from Brooklyn. He was both informative and amusing and the kids really enjoyed his chat. And there was no danger of not hearing him!!! Would also recommend doing this tour at the beginning of your stay. It's a great way of "finding your barings" without exhausting yourself and you will pick up some invaluable tips for the rest of your trip. First class. |

| We have just returned from a great week in New York, We had bought the New york Pass and want to complement one of our favorite tour guides. We were lucky to get Sherwood (as in the forest) 3 times on our trip. He was great and very helpful. We loved to listen to him and hear his stories and jokes. I want to tell you how much we enjoyed him and would not mind if you did pass this on to him so knows he is appreciated for what he does and that we have let you know Thanks for a great time in New York, wish all the tour guides were as good as Sherwood.

| Myself and 3 friends took the city sights tour in New York City. The waiting time for buses was minimal and all the tour guides were super nice and very well informed. They were courteous and really knew a lot about every site we saw. The nightime tour was so much fun and we had the best time ever. If I ever have the opportunity to see New York again, City Sights is the tour I'll most certainly use. |

| What a bargan. 3 tours, 2 boat rides, the top of the empire state building and discounts for Broadway show tickets. the best buy we made while in NY. Your guides were top class, informative and funny too. i can only remember 2 names, david and james, but all were excellent. |

| Hello, my name is Pedro and I went to NY two weeks ago. I think that your services are very good however it should be some kind of alternative when the weather is rainny.
I would like to highlight a travel agent of yours (street seller) named Kammel, it was the one who sold me the tickets last 8th of september in the corner in front of empire state building. He is a very likable and simpathic person. Me and my girlfriend liked so much that we went all the way to edison hotel in timesquare to get money, and came back to Kammel by foot just to buy the tickets from him. If it's possible, we would apreciate that someone congratulate him for his good job.

| I made the Downtown, Night Tour and Uptown Tour. It was great, but the only thing is if you sit back of the bus, you cannot understand the man explaining because of the loud traffic. That was not so good. |

| FANTASTIC FANTASTIC
Thank you for making my first time in your fantastic city evan better. I recently purchased you supertour which gave me 3 days of unlimited travel around New York and included so much that we didn't have time to do one tour, I can't believe what great value for money you offer. I never had to wait more than 3 minutes for a bus and all ticket agents around the city were extremely helpful if I needed help or advice. One downside was the guide we had on the nite tour who ruined it by constantly talking utter rubbish. I feel mean as he is most probably very nice but I feel that you offer a fantastic tour company but if this had been my only tour I would not have booked with you again which is an injustice to the rest of you. I will, and have infact, already strongly recommended you to people who I know are due to visit NY soon.Keep it up and thanks again.

| if you are questioning the value of this bus tour, it is DEFINITELY, DEFINITELY worth EVERY penny!!! You get to see SO MUCH in a short period of time, get on, get off when you want, and some of the guides/tour narrators are INCREDIBLE!!! This was the VERY BEST part of our trip!! |

| This was our second visit. While in NYC we took advantage of the 3 day all inclusive tour. It was convenient and informative. Unfortunately, we were unable to do the Brooklyn tour- maybe next time.
The BEST part was Marc Ausset at Planet Hollywood who helped me procur the tickets which were included with our New York Pass package. He is a gem! |

| Great vslue for money - we took the All Around Town package. Each tour was v.good, but we all particularly enjoyed the night tour; the view of Manhatten from Brooklyn is unforgettable!Friendly, informative guides - terrific!! |

| We took your tour on Saturday and needed to give you our feedback. Debbie began the tour at 50th street and we went all the way to Battery Park. She was wonderful. Funny and informative. We loved her. We took a short hop to South St. Seaport with David who was very good. Our return trip was with Heather and she was awful. She did not introduce herself as we drove away and gave very little information. There was a gentleman in front of us who was finishing a 3 day pass and he knew more than she. As we passed the UN he asked her why the flags weren't flying. She said it was the weekend. He had another tour guide tell him it was because they were not in session. On Thursday, they were not flying. As we drove by other areas he said, another guide would have told us ...... It was a real shame, because there was quite a bit we would like to have known. Otherwise, it was great and we would consider doing it again. |

| The tour guides were great...especially Andy! Great jokes and info! We only had a little wait one time, but the staffer at the bus stop was calling in for more busses and was proactive. Getting the 2 day (plus 1 day free) was worth it! There was so much to see. I just wish that the covers would be on the entire open area during rain, some of our tour time was lost due to down pours. But overall, the tour was really worth it! I would do the tours again! |
