| Hi,
We are very happy of our choice of ur tour(all around town tour+madame Tussauds).
We enjoyed the city with ur tour.
One suggestion for improvement is a drop and pick up cud be provided to the circle line cruise at pier 83.
We had a tough time reaching there and coming back.
The guides were innovative in giving information in their own way.
I would recommend you to my friends for sure.

| We spent the weekend of Sept. 26-28 in NYC, and rode with 4 different tour guides at different times. One in particular (Sat. morning)stood head and shoulders above the rest: young Mr. David A. Coffey, Jr., whose insight and encyclopaedic knowledge of the city far surpassed his colleagues, and impressed us so much we decided not to hop off his bus lest we miss anything. The fact that his historical anecdotes were delivered in an authentic Brooklyn accent just added to the great experience of sharing a city with one of her proud sons. Good job, Coffey, and I hope they give you a raise. |

| My mom and I took the Sex and the City tour on a Saturday afternoon. I'm a big fan, but my mom only watched the show a little, so I didn't think she would really enjoy it. But she loved it and so did I! Mostly because of our tour guide, Ally! She was so much fun and really nice! Thanks for making our NYC trip memorable and adding some spice! Next time we're in NYC, we'll definitely take another tour with you! |

| On our recent trip to NYC we purchased tickets online for a bus tour and boat ride. After arriving at the dock for the boat - we realized we were issued the wrong ticket package - one that did not include the boat ride. We had to purchase 2 new tickets at the dock. After the boat ride we went back to City Sights NY to obtain a refund for the extra boat ticket we had purchased. Carmit Kluger assisted us in the refund. She was extremely apologetic about the mistake and offered us a refund for the boat portion of the package - $52 dollars - only 3 dollars less than the purchase price at the dock. Every company should have managers like Miss Kluger – she was extremely nice, sincere and very respectful to my husband and I. We left very happy that we didn’t have any problems remedying the ticket broker’s mistake. We enjoyed our trip, and will definitely use and recommend City Sights NY exclusively in the near future. |

What I thought would be boring turned out to be a discovery of parts of NY I never knew existed. My brother in law, who is a NY all-night clubber had never seen NY in daylight and was also pleased with the tour. |

| hello, I was there for the long weekend with the family and I really can say that the tour itself was excellent, both the morning tour, which I gotta say our tour guy jose de la cruz he was great and we really learned a lot and the night tour was fun as well. hope to go back to Ny during the winter time. I hope i can do this tous again.. xoxoxox

| My son and I just got back from NYC. During our time there, we took advantage of the Super New York tour with CitySightsNY. Every tour guide we encountered was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great personality. The hop on/hop off feature was perfect for us and the tours really made our first trip to NYC pleasant and memorable. Thank you!!! |

| Myself and my mum use your tours every time we visit the city. We especially love the night tour which is always and a great way to see everything. Our last guide was fantastic (think his name may have been arty) who was a polite and informative.

| Our recent trip to NY was made additionally pleasant when we took our City Sights tour on Saturday. The tour was fun and informative. The negative, however, was the one driver you constantly referred to the fact that tips would be appreciated and he was working very hard to ensure a "good" tip...His entire commentary was peppered with requests for a tip. We were on 3 separate buses and he was the only guide who repeated this mantra over & over. Otherwise the tour was great!!! |

| Me and my wife just returned from our mini vacation to NY. We were in the city from 8-20 thru 8-23 and I wanted to write and let you know that we were pleased with all the guides. However 2 stuck out. We had an older gentleman whos name escapes me. But me and my wife found him very intresting due to his love of music and gave us some info we would have loved to have more of. And the second one was Jose De La Cruz. He was hands down the best guide we have ever had. He is young, polite, and a very, very informative gentleman. He left me with a wanting to come back to NYC for more. But for anyone looking for a way to do a lot on a budget and in a short time. This tour is by far and away the best there is. Especially if you get the good luck to have Jose De La Cruz as your guide!!!! |

| Absolutely great way to see New York. Tour Guide Gil, who we were lucky enough to have for both tours, was excellent and had an obvious love for New York and its people. We would thoroughly recommend this as the best way to see NYC. |

| Thank you for providing such an excellent tour. On 08/07 my family and I took the evening harbor cruise followed by the bus tour of the city. What a wonderful experience! The harbor tour was breathtaking. We got to see the sunset and the lights of the city. We enjoyed ourselves so much we decided to continue the evening with the bus tour. Our tour guide Garrett was delightful. He was funny and informative at the same time. I am so glad we the pleasure of taking his tour. I would highly recommend City Sights and especially Garrett. He made it an evening I will never forget. |

| we was just in NYC for our first time 8/6-8/8 and decided to use City Sights for a 3 day tour.. and was soo satisfied with the service. we seen everything we wanted to see in such a short trip. very pleased with the boat trip that was included in the very reasonable price! and loved seeing the city all lit up for the night tour.. and our guide Garrett for that trip was especially enjoyable.
I DEFINATELY RECOMMEND CITY SIGHTS! well worth it! |

| Garrett is the BEST tour guide ever! Getting on that bus with him was the best thing that happened during my entire trip to NYC. He made me laugh and he told me loads of interesting things about the city. I wouldn't change a thing even the fact that we got rained on for a little bit. It was all worth it. If I ever get back to NYC again, I hope I can take his tour again :)

| My daughter & I were in NYC from August 2 to August 5 and got the 3 day on & off pass from our hotel (The Waldorf Astoria). It was recommended by the concierge. I just wanted to commend you on the professionalism & knowledge that your tour guides have when on the buses and it was definitely something that I would recommend to anyone visiting NYC to see the sights. I do not usually take the time to send a note like this but felt that our experience on the Downtown/Uptown/Night tours was exceptional!!! |

| This past Saturday/Sunday 8/2 & 8/3 my wife and 4 children took the downtown and uptown tours. We were very happy we did. The four tour guides we had were terrific. I was only dissappointed in one of them. I believe his name was Devin, he carried on too long about gay pride and the gay/lesbian movement. I was very interested in the Little Italy neighborhood, but we had to hear about other topics instead. This put a damper on an otherwise good tour. |

| This past Saturday, July 26th, my husband and 4 children took a tour down the street from our hotel in Times Square. Our tour guide, Kate was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed her knowledge and her humor was so entertaining. We wished we could have had her on our return after we hopped backed on after visiting China Town..;.Not all guides have her natural, comical style. We will never forget our morning with her.
