| we had an incident in which we had left a camera bag and hoody jacket on the bus we brought it to the attention of rodney jr and kenny and they handled the incident with the utmost professionalism and concern they did an excellent job and took us directly to the bag and jacket we will recommend your company with high regards and will always remember the kind and professional service we were extended sincerely kori and jose. |

| We used your tour buses on June24&25.We enjoyed it very much.
The high point of our tours was Sherwood. We enjoyed it so much the first day we went back the next morning just to hear him. Please thank him for making our trip to NY that much more enjoyable.

| After bringing two newcomers to New York City from Kentucky with my mother and I, we decided to take advantage of the blue bus tours to hop on and off between our destinations for the travel purposes. Although the intention was to “hop off” at the Empire State Building, which was two stops away from our original pick up, we stumbled upon a very insightful and informative tour guide: David A. Coffey Jr. Instead, the four of us decided to stay on the entire two-hour tour and wait for another bus to do our site hopping. His historical knowledge and celebrity information combined with his Brooklyn accent made the tour authentic and personable. Between the other five guides (in which two cases we got on and just as quickly got off of to get someone else), Mr. Coffey far exceeded his colleagues and made our trip a most memorable one. It was declared after our vouchers had expired that Mr. Coffey had spoiled us because there was no other tour guide in New York City that made such an impact as he did. Thanks! :) |

| My trip to NewYork was made even better by this company. It takes you to every attraction & is a Good value for money. The tour guides are friendly & helpful. Only had one problem with one Guide who was using bad language, but apart from that it coudnt be faulted. One Guide that was really helpful was Sherwood :) I definately recommend! |

| I was in NY just before Christmas on a weeks trip from Glasgow, Scotland with 2 mates. We booked the 3 day super new york tour, and found the deal to be excellent value.
One of the guides was John Gallagher, who was fantastic throughout the journey, and had great stories and quips. A good asset for you. |

| Been on your Hudson tour in the past - LOVE that you were on scene and the world got to see how cool New Yorkers are!!!!!

| My husband and I took a tour with David Coffey on 1/17. David was terrific - I learned so much, and I'm from NY!
He showed as all the movies and TV shows that were filmed along the tour, as well as lots of history about the immigrants, the architecture and the events that happened along the route. Thanks David - it was great to hear a NY accent again (we live in DC)
One negative comment about your web site --if someone types in the wrong code, you can easily fix it so that the comments so painstakingly typed do not get obliterated.I had to retype all this, and most folks won't bother. |

| This tour wasf fab, was in New York for 4 days and we did the 64 dollar tour which included uptown, downtown tours aswell as statue of liberty, empire state, night tour and circle line boat tour- excellent quality would highly recommend it! Its just a shame we did not have enough time to take advantage of everything! DO IT!! |

| There were 6 of us in my group, just for one day. We can up from Balto. on the Oct.9th of 2008. It was a beautiful day. It was our first time on the subway. It was so surreal, just like in the movies. Everyone we asked for help were extremely nice, courteous and helpful. I certainly came away with a new appreciation towards all New Yorkers. Even the subways were clean and easy to get to where you wanted to go. We thoroughly enjoyed our one day trip to the Big Apple. We will defently come back to probably to take in a show. Again Thank You for the Great Experience.

| Our uptown tour with Big Peter was the best tour we experienced. Peter is a gifted orator with a plethra of film/movie,histroric,art,and general information. I'm so greatful we ended our visit with that tour. I believe Peter should train a few of your other guides. His tour rated an above exellent rating in my book. Your lovely night tour i recomend It was beautiful to see the city lights from beneath the historic Brooklyn bridge. The tour guide left alot to be desired. She didn't have enough knowledge or finese. I think she could learn alot from a guide like Peter. Thank you.

| Hi,
We are very happy of our choice of ur tour(all around town tour+madame Tussauds).
We enjoyed the city with ur tour.
One suggestion for improvement is a drop and pick up cud be provided to the circle line cruise at pier 83.
We had a tough time reaching there and coming back.
The guides were innovative in giving information in their own way.
I would recommend you to my friends for sure.

| We spent the weekend of Sept. 26-28 in NYC, and rode with 4 different tour guides at different times. One in particular (Sat. morning)stood head and shoulders above the rest: young Mr. David A. Coffey, Jr., whose insight and encyclopaedic knowledge of the city far surpassed his colleagues, and impressed us so much we decided not to hop off his bus lest we miss anything. The fact that his historical anecdotes were delivered in an authentic Brooklyn accent just added to the great experience of sharing a city with one of her proud sons. Good job, Coffey, and I hope they give you a raise. |

| My mom and I took the Sex and the City tour on a Saturday afternoon. I'm a big fan, but my mom only watched the show a little, so I didn't think she would really enjoy it. But she loved it and so did I! Mostly because of our tour guide, Ally! She was so much fun and really nice! Thanks for making our NYC trip memorable and adding some spice! Next time we're in NYC, we'll definitely take another tour with you! |

| On our recent trip to NYC we purchased tickets online for a bus tour and boat ride. After arriving at the dock for the boat - we realized we were issued the wrong ticket package - one that did not include the boat ride. We had to purchase 2 new tickets at the dock. After the boat ride we went back to City Sights NY to obtain a refund for the extra boat ticket we had purchased. Carmit Kluger assisted us in the refund. She was extremely apologetic about the mistake and offered us a refund for the boat portion of the package - $52 dollars - only 3 dollars less than the purchase price at the dock. Every company should have managers like Miss Kluger – she was extremely nice, sincere and very respectful to my husband and I. We left very happy that we didn’t have any problems remedying the ticket broker’s mistake. We enjoyed our trip, and will definitely use and recommend City Sights NY exclusively in the near future. |

What I thought would be boring turned out to be a discovery of parts of NY I never knew existed. My brother in law, who is a NY all-night clubber had never seen NY in daylight and was also pleased with the tour. |
