Tour Length: Tour lengths vary based on the route and range between 90 minutes and 3 hours.

After you complete your online purchase, you will be redirected to a page with your live ticket. This ticket includes admission for both the All Around Town Tour and your chosen attraction. Additionally, an order confirmation with a link to this ticket will be emailed to you within two hours. Simply print or take a picture of the QR code on the ticket and you’re ready to either board the bus at any designated stop or gain entry to your selected attraction. Your Pass is activated the first time it is scanned.
How long do I have to use my tickets?
Depending on which duration you choose, the All Around Town tickets are valid for either 48 or 72 consecutive hours from the first time they are scanned on the bus. This consecutive time-frame includes all bus loops, the Night Tour, CitySightseeing Hop-on, Hop-off Ferry and the bonus museum admission choice included as part of the All Around Town Tour. You have an additional 14 days to visit your chosen +1 attraction.
Can I use my ticket to board the bus for the first time?
YES! We have recently upgraded our technology, so you no longer have to redeem a voucher for a bus ticket at a visitor’s center. Your live ticket is delivered to you instantly. Just print or store it on your phone and the bus driver will scan it for immediate boarding.
Where can I start the bus tour?
You can begin the tour at any designated stop along the bus route! The bus driver will simply scan your live ticket and you’ll be on your way.
How long do the included tours take?
There are 4 distinct bus tours included in the All-Around Town Bus ticket, and each varies in length. Your ticket also includes access to the CitySightseeing Hop-on, Hop-off Ferry. Approximate tour times (excluding optional hop-offs) are as follows:
Downtown: 2.5 hours
Uptown: 2 hours
Brooklyn: 1.5 hours
Night Tour: 2 hours
Sightseeing Ferry: 1.5 hours
How many attractions do I get?
In addition to the 5 included tours and bonus admission to either the Museum of the City of New York or the New York Historical Society included in the All Around Town Tour, this package comes with your choice of one additional attraction. Please see list for included options.
Do I need to pick which attraction to see now?
Nope! You can choose which attraction you want to see while out and about in New York. Your live ticket will be simply be scanned for admission at any of the included attractions listed.
